  We just bought our first home, and were blessed to be given the dream team combo of Matt and James from George Brand Avoca & Copa.
  They knew the property and surrounding suburbs, were punctual, professional, and just a pleasure to deal with! As first time buyers they walked us through the process of purchasing, and broke the stigma that we had of the agent only working for the seller. Both James and Matt are assets to George Brand and we look forward to working with them again when we sell and buy in the future.   Went Over and Above, Phenomenal͏ Agent
  Kathleen has sold our investment property on the Central Coast achieving the top results.
  She had everything and beyond what we were hoping to find in an agent.
  Marketing, the process of sale felt so guided and perfectly coordinated which made our experience so positive and much easier than any other house sale process we had in past.
  She was committed to her work and was equally passionate to understanding of our needs and fears as a seller. From extensive real estate knowledge, experience to great network of third party suppliers and network of colleagues.
  We all know how long it takes to organise and have done any tradesman work at the moment.
  Thanks to Kathleen's network, all needed work on the house and the yard was done fast and efficiently.

  Our recent experience with this real estate has been nothing short of outstanding. Having had our Christmas accomodation cancelled on us, we held out very little hope of finding an alternative place to stay with Christmas just around the corner. We contacted the George Brand Holiday team who went above and beyond to find a property that would accomodate our needs and ensure our long overdue holiday could still ahead. We are so very appreciative and would definitely recommend.
